That video was only shot a couple weeks ago. Most fish seem to stay around areas for extended amounts of time from what we have seen.
If you watch some of the other videos on Paul's YouTube selection you will see some bass swim right up to his face and look at him.

Sweet video! What time of year was the video shot? It was interesting to see the two spots swimming around the same area for an extended period of time and that one was curious about the diver.

Lake Shasta Low Water
