Thursday Fishing Video: Fishing for Smallmouth Bass in South Africa

The actual fishing starts after about 2 minutes. Neat to see places so far away that don't look much different from home. . .

They're fishing Clanwilliam Dam, South Africa.

Lake Shasta Low Water

    I visited Lake Shasta in Oct 2008 to check out the historic low waters, which were at 29% of full, or about 130 feet below normal. It was a great chance to get a fish-eye view of the lake bed.
